Art4Orphans is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children in orphanages and group homes improve their situations by creating art and using their imaginations. We are working to raise money to provide orphanages and group homes in North Carolina with art supplies and creative opportunities for their children. Art helps children to express feelings and thoughts they may have trouble articulating with words. It provides them with a creative outlet to express themselves and their ideas in a creative and beneficial way.
While we cannot fix this drug epidemic as of now, we believe that our organization is making a difference in the lives of the children affected by it.
Our goal for this year is to provide between eighty and ninety children, within a North Carolina group home or orphanage, with personalized art boxes. We have designed 3 versions of art boxes for toddlers, kids, and teenagers. The average cost of one of these art boxes is $33.00. Each box will be hand-packed with art supplies, stickers, and a personalized note to ensure that each child feels special!
We hope to grow and expand our efforts beyond just the state of North Carolina as soon as possible.

As a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donoations are tax deductible.
The current goal for Art4Orphans is to raise $3,000 by Dec. 1st, 2018.
This would let us provide 80 children in group homes throughout North Carolina with their first Art Box for the holidays.
There are multiple ways to donate to our cause. You can either go through GoFundMe.com or make a cash donation with Paypal to make a direct donation, or you can support us through purchasing some merchandise such as a sticker, bracelet, or tee shirt.
Please consider donating to this cause, and help us provide art supplies to these children for the Holidays! All donations, regardless of their amount, are much appreciated.
Our donations will go to children associated with Children’s Home Society of NC.
Help us reach our goal of $3,000 by purchasing some Art4Orphans merchandise!
When purchased through RedBubble, 40% of the sales price goes to our cause.
You may also purchase additional items from RedBubble with our round logo.

If you live in the Chapel Hill area and would like to buy a T-shirt, bracelet, hat, or sticker you can purchase them directly from Skyler or Bailey Noble.

Our current project is to provide Art Boxes to children in orphanages and group homes this holiday season. Each box is hand-packed with art supplies, stickers, and a personalized note. Extra effort and love is pu into each box, as we hope to make each of these children feel special. The average cost of a personalized Art4Orphans Art Box is $33, and we hope to provide 80-90 children with these boxes by December 1st. Our monetary goal is $3,000.
We have separate boxes for three different age groups; toddlers, kids, and teenagers. For details about the contents of each box, see the details below.
While traveling between New England and North Carolina over the summers, my sister and I have noticed the sharp increase of tragedies surrounding the opioid crisis. A stark example of this was when we met a young boy named Henry at the beach this past summer. After talking to his father, we learned that Henry had just been adopted from an orphanage in North Carolina after his birth parents both passed away from overdosing on opioids. With the rise in deaths and addiction from this opioid crisis, and the consequential rise of children in orphanages and group homes, we felt we had to do something significant. That's why my sister and I have started Art4Orphans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children in orphanages and group homes improve their situations by creating art and using their imaginations.
-Skyler, Co-President and Co-Founder of Art4OrphansWe are Skyler and Bailey Noble, the co-presidents and founders of Art4Orphans. We are both high school students at East Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, NC, who are very passionate about art and volunteering with and for children. After realizing the impact that the opioid crisis in North Carolina has had on children in orphanages and group homes, we decided to combine our passions to make a difference and start Art4Orphans.
Art4Orphan’s first step is providing Art Boxes to children in orphanages and group homes this holiday season. In the future we hope to provide art lessons, visiting artists, and with field trips, along with more creative opportunities for these children as we continue to grow. We also hope to expand to more orphanages and group homes outside of just North Carolina in the future.
Feel free to contact us if you have any ideas you wish to share with us.

I am currently a senior at East Chapel Hill high school. My passions include art, computers, and athletics.

I love photography, design, kids and volunteering. Fun fact = I am a dual citizen, both American and Norwegian and I love pole vaulting.
